Members have the opportunity to upload  one picture which should preferably be a shot of their face showing the eyes but which can be any image they choose which is not dishonest in any way.

Membership requires verification of date of birth and no more personal information.  An uploaded photo of a passport or driving licence (or similar) which is completely covered with only the date of birth showing is preferred.
